The little wren, like the little pokemon of the bird world! We often spot these wee guys while walking around Bunkers Hill in Castlewellan. They are hard to keep track of as they flit from shrub to shrub, but when they start singing there is no mistaking them.
For a bird that weighs about the same as a 20p coin they have a very loud voice. A bit like a terrier, the smaller you are the more they want to be heard!
